5.  What recourse do I have if I do not get what I ordered over the Internet? You have several choices.  We suggest you call the vendor and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Make sure you follow up your conversation in writing, sending a letter of your understanding to the vendor. Keep a copy of this letter.  If you are unable to reach an agreement, feel free to contact the C.C.C.. If you have made purchases using a credit card, you will have additional avenues for resolution.
