6.  What happens if I want to return an item? One of the questions we ask our members is their return policy.  Each company has a different return policy.  Some products are custom designed and can not be returned unless they are defective.  It is always best to know a company return policy before making a purchase.  We will send you that, and more information when you make a request for a company profile.
