2.  A member must submit ownership information as well as company background information. This allows us to provide our consumer base with accurate information about members.

3.  A member must submit a minimum of 3 business references and 3 customer references if the company has been in business less than 1 year.

4.  A member must agree to follow up on all complaints within two working days of the complaint. The member must also agree to make a good faith effort to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

5.  The C.C.C. will only allow "G" rated companies - no adult sites.

6.  The C.C.C. member must agree to fulfill all City, County, State and Federal requirements of the business.  This information is gathered at the time of application and may be monitored at any given time.

7.  The C.C.C. offers an email complaint service. We will assist you in reconciliation with members and non members.

8.  Members of the C.C.C. agree to follow generally accepted good business practices.

9.  Members are not permitted to Spam.  All reports of member Spamming will be investigated.

10.  A member must indicate the type and length of the warranty on items sold.

11.  A member must indicate the return policy for products sold.

12.  Members are forbidden from selling or supplying names, email addresses, or any other personal information to any source without the permission of the individual.
